FOR STUDENTS · FROM YEAR 5 OF PRIMARY TO BACHILLERATO
Tell us what’s worrying you.
Sign in with your school account and write your message.
What can you tell us about?
Anything that worries you about yourself or another student: how you’re feeling, bullying, falling out with friends or classmates, or problems at home or online. You don’t need to be sure about what’s happening, and it doesn’t have to be something serious.
Who will read it?
Your message will go straight to the school’s Wellbeing and Safeguarding Team. We will handle it discreetly and respect your privacy. We will only share the information with others when it is necessary to help or protect you.
What happens next?
The Wellbeing and Safeguarding Team will read your message and decide how best to help you. We will contact you discreetly, respecting your privacy and making sure you feel safe. We will take into account how you would prefer us to talk to you. If you choose Teams, you will see a new channel just for you.
Is this the only way to ask for help?
No. This is just one more way to share any concern. You can also go to the Guidance Department, talk to your form tutor, or speak to any adult at school you feel comfortable with and trust.
Are you in danger or do you need urgent help?
If you need urgent help, talk to an adult you trust. If you are in immediate danger, call 112. Remember that messages sent through this form are not answered straight away.
