In Colegio Cedes we give an important role to the study of music as a key tool in the physical and psychological development of children.

For a more complete approach to the musical competence we divide the subject into three different but complementary subjects: piano, violin and musical theory.

From the age of 3 the students start with the study of musical theory and piano practice: one weekly session of each subject with a reduced class size).

From the age of 4 students start learning violin along with musical theory and piano: one weekly session of each subject with a reduced class size in order to take better advantage of the instruments and material that is made available by the school.

In Secondary, the continuity of the subject of Music allows each student to choose an instrument in order to carry on their studies. (Piano or violin)
